Pediatric, Prenatal, and Family Chiropractor

Dr. Rhonda Huff, Owner & Neurologically-Focused Prenatal, Pediatric, & Family Chiropractor

Hi, I’m Dr. Rhonda! At Harmonized Neurology Family Chiropractic in Williamsburg, Virginia, care goes far beyond credentials—it’s rooted in lived experience, deep compassion, and a whole-person approach to healing.

My foundation in healing is strongly shaped by education. In addition to my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Fitness/Wellness with a concentration in Physical Rehabilitation, as well as a Master of Education with a concentration in curriculum design and research. This background influences how I practice and how I teach—helping me create clear, structured pathways that support long-term neurological healing, not just short-term relief.

My path to this work has also been shaped by resilience. I’m a breast cancer survivor, and I’ve lived through an ischemic thalamic stroke, two broken cervical vertebrae, sepsis (complete with an angel encounter), and a diagnosis of lupus. These experiences didn’t just expose me to the body’s limits—they revealed its remarkable capacity to heal when the nervous system is properly supported and restored.

Because of this, I approach each patient with both clinical knowledge and deep personal understanding. As a neurologically focused chiropractor, my work centers on restoring and optimizing the nervous system—the control center for every organ, gland, hormone, and system in the body. I believe true healing begins there, at the source, rather than chasing symptoms alone.

Long before chiropractic school, movement and rehabilitation were central to my work. I spent over 4 decades as a certified personal trainer, devoted to functional movement, medical exercise, and performance optimization. For more than 20 of those years, I worked closely with individuals navigating Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and autoimmune conditions—supporting them as they rebuilt strength, function, and confidence in their bodies.

I’m also a board-certified holistic health coach, with advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis. This allows me to support patients beyond the physical—helping them release emotional stressors and build healthier relationships with their bodies, minds, and lives.

In addition, I’m a published author and international best-selling co-author, writing on emotional, nutritional, physical, and cognitive health. I also speak nationally on health and wellness topics, creating thoughtful, personalized presentations that encourage growth, healing, and meaningful change. Most recently, I released a new e-book—available on our website—that brings together biblical wisdom and neuroscience to support parents in better understanding their children’s nervous systems and leading with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

At Harmonized Neurology, we don’t just treat symptoms. We walk alongside people as they reclaim their stories, restore their health, and rediscover what’s possible—because healing is not just something I teach. It’s something I’ve lived.

Vida Green, Patient Care Coordinator

Hi, I’m Vida! I grew up in an Air Force family, which shaped a resilient, curious spirit and gave me a deep appreciation for community and service. From an early age, I learned how to adapt, connect with others, and create a sense of home wherever life took me.

I’m a proud mom to my two children, Ryan (20) and Victoria (5), who are the anchors of my world and a daily reminder of the beauty of growth at every stage of life.

Before discovering neurologically focused chiropractic care, I openly admit I was living in survival mode—constantly stuck in “fight or flight” as a result of accumulated stress and life challenges. Since beginning care with Dr. Rhonda in October 2025, I’ve experienced a powerful shift, including improved mood, reduced anxiety, and a greater ability to navigate stressful situations with clarity and confidence.

As the Patient Care Coordinator at Harmonized Neurology Family Chiropractic, my mission is twofold: to ensure patients feel supported and seamlessly receive the care they need, and to help manage the operational details that keep the clinic running smoothly, professionally, and with heart.

Emily Gross, Care Advocate

Hi, I’m Emily! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and spent two years teaching high school at New Horizons Center for Autism, where I developed a deep passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their potential. During that season of life, I married my amazing husband, John. Today, we live on a homestead in Gloucester, where we homeschool our two boys.

I’ve navigated health challenges for as long as I can remember. Diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia, school was never easy for me, and while in college I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. These experiences shaped my determination to advocate for others walking similar paths and deepened my understanding of what it means to struggle—and persevere.

My journey intensified with the birth of my sons. Cade was born a month early in 2018 via emergency C-section and spent nine days in the NICU. He was a very sick baby who grew into a very sick toddler. At four years old, he underwent abdominal surgery to remove Meckel’s diverticulum, which brought some relief, but he continued to struggle with food allergies, motor tics, dyslexia, ADD, chronic ear infections, and extreme brain fog.

Paxton was born in 2019, also by emergency C-section, and spent two days in the NICU. At four years old, he was bitten by a tick and developed Pork–Cat Syndrome—an anaphylactic allergy to cats and pork. He also faced food allergies, behavioral challenges, ADHD, and intense tantrums.

In my search for answers, I tried nearly everything to help my boys heal—gluten-free, dairy-free, and dye-free diets; toxin and mold remediation in our home; holistic doctors; and countless supplements. Then in 2023, I listened to a podcast featuring Dr. Tony from PX Docs about Neurological Chiropractic and immediately knew this was the missing piece. The challenge was that there were no PX Docs nearby. I prayed for two years for a Neurological Chiropractor to open within driving distance—and truly believe God answered that prayer by bringing Dr. Rhonda to our area.

After performing three neurological scans, Dr. Rhonda identified that both boys were living in the “Perfect Storm.” They began care plans, and the changes came quickly. Within five months, Cade no longer struggles with ear infections, brain fog, or motor tics, and his dyslexia and ADD are steadily improving. Paxton began care four months ago and is no longer stuck in fight-or-flight. His meltdowns are now rare, and he’s experiencing relief from his cat and pork allergies. I began my own care less than a month ago and already have more energy and a greater sense of calm—Dr. Rhonda is working her magic on me too.

As a Care Advocate at Harmonized Neurology Family Chiropractic, I’m deeply passionate about helping families living in the Perfect Storm find the same hope, healing, and transformation my family has experienced through Neurological Chiropractic.

Brittany Whetstone, Care Advocate

Hi! I’m Brittany! I’m originally from Arizona and am the wife of an active-duty military service member. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have been a registered nurse for 18 years, bringing both clinical expertise and deep compassion into everything I do. I strive for an empathetic, patient-centered approach and have a genuine heart for helping others, with a strong passion for preventative and restorative care.

I’m also a mom to two incredible children whose medical journeys profoundly shaped both my personal life and professional path. From birth, both of my children faced complex challenges, including birth trauma, tongue ties, developmental delays, pediatric sleep apnea, FPIES, asthma, eczema, allergies, recurrent ear infections, retained primitive reflexes, and ADHD. Their early years were filled with multiple weekly therapies—physical, occupational, speech, myofunctional, craniosacral, and accelerated resonance therapy. Despite our efforts, both children experienced significant regression following influenza, leaving me searching for deeper answers and more sustainable healing.

After a season of persistent prayer for clarity and direction, I came across Dr. Tony’s Perfect Storm video and immediately felt a sense of hope and alignment. Today, my children and I receive care at Harmonized Neurology Family Chiropractic, where we’ve experienced meaningful and measurable improvements—better sleep, increased energy, calmer behavior, improved attention and focus, fewer illnesses with quicker recovery, and enhanced neurological processing.

Drawing from both my nursing background and my lived experience as a parent navigating complex pediatric care, I’m honored to serve as a Care Advocate at Harmonized Neurology Family Chiropractic. I’m deeply passionate about supporting families, walking alongside them with understanding and encouragement, and helping others find hope, healing, and renewed confidence as they move forward on their journey.

Heather Bowling, Care Advocate

Hi, I’m Heather! I'm a wife, mama and lover of dogs, coffee, books and all things cozy. In work and

life, I lean towards a collaborative team-player style, while bringing thoughtful and precise communication and attention to detail. I love helping bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution while leading with excellence in my people focused, compassionate approach to helping others.

I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Early Childhood. Before joining the team, I homeschooled our daughter for 18 years and loved every minute of it. Homeschooling allowed me to incorporate everything I love~ helping others learn, being creative, having

fun, spending time with family, while also cultivating a home that invites family and others to snuggle in and stay a while.

My faith in Christ is an important part of who I am and guides the way I show up each day—with integrity, encouragement, and a genuine care for others. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, loving on my dogs, finding a cozy cafe or bookstore or exploring new places.

As a Care Advocate, I love being an integral part of a team who cares deeply for others and is committed to genuinely helping those who God brings through our doors. I have the privilege of coming alongside our practice members and also get to witness the miracles and wins of so many who come under neurological chiropractic care. I’m immensely blessed and thankful to be a part of a team that is committed to making a difference in people’s life on a daily basis.
